Your licence renews annually. Each year, we provide updated guides and course content at no extra cost, so you always offer clients the most current information.
The licence runs for 12 months from the date of signing. There's no minimum term beyond that — if you choose not to renew at the end of the year, you simply don't. We don't lock agencies into multi-year contracts. Our view is that if the material is genuinely useful to your clients and makes your agency look good, you'll want to renew. If it isn't earning its place, you shouldn't have to pay for it.

The licence is non-exclusive — meaning other agencies can also use the Hola Siesta library. However, your branded version is entirely yours: no other agency receives materials carrying your logo and identity. In practice, having a competitor agency using the same underlying library is no different to two law firms both using the same legal software — what matters is the experience your clients have, and that experience carries your brand, not ours. If exclusivity by region is something you'd like to discuss, we're open to that conversation for larger licensing arrangements.
